দায়িত্ব

• Responsible for both day to day management and strategic direction of Admin department as assigned for.
• Housekeeping.
• Security post monitoring & Bill check.
• Ensure workers safety, Health, Hygiene.
• Suggest factory management for elimination of inconsistencies on the basis of audit findings.
• Support policy implementation related to safety, health, Hygiene in line with company policy.
• Assess the requirement of various personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure Hygiene canteen facility for all.
• Monitoring utility facility (like water, electricity, gas).
• Monitoring wastage side, emergency issues & floor compliance.
• Any other job assigned by management.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
