দায়িত্ব

• Planning, Maintaining and preparing financial statements
• Preparing and validating all type of vouchers
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Preparing cash budget, raise fund requisitions and disburse salary
• Timely preparation of monthly flash report, receivable aging report and financial statements
• Asset maintenance in SAGE ERP and posting vouchers on SAGE ERP
• Preparing Invoice, Debit Notes, Work Orders etc.
• Preparing Profitability Report, Collection Outstanding Report etc.
• Collection of TDS & VDS challan form party and work with different stakeholders
• Submission of VAT & Tax report
• Communicating with Bank and external stakeholders

আবশ্যক

• Minimum Graduation in Finance & Accounting from any UGC approved Local University or from any Foreign University
• Masters in Finance & Accounting from any UGC approved Local University or from any Foreign University will add advantage
• CA CC preferable
• Skills Required: Accounting Software, CA CC, Cost and budget, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, VAT and Tax, VAT Law, VAT rules
• 1 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Software Company
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good Interpersonal Skill
• Strong Analytical Skill
• Good Data Presentation Skill
• Strong Understanding of Laws and Rules related to Accounting
• Positive Attitude and able to work under pressure
• Self Driven and continuous learning attitude
