.Candidate has to report to the Board of Directors..Job Location: Impetus Center, 242/B Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road, Level-06, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka-1208, Bangladesh.

  • Manage and maintain the Board of Directors-BoD appointments and travel schedules, Visa issues, ticket & hotel booking etc..
  • To attend mails, memos and so on and reply against the same as per the advice and guidance of the management.
  • To update to the BoD daily on their upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests.
  • Support the BoD in preparing required documents and maintain records of paper and electronic documents/correspondence with easy retrieval process.
  • To ensure that the BoD is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in.
  • To plan, organise and manage the functions of Top Management's secretariat.
  • To manage all scheduled meetings of BoD and preparing a summary and meeting minutes.
  • To know the Company's Laws/act and also the rules and regulations.
  • To assist in the case of the company's legal issues.
  • To handle and respond to external communication in due course and act proactively considering the urgency.
  • To communicate with the various Govt. and non-Govt. organisations & law enforcing agencies and maintain the liaison with them.
  • To ensure the protocols for the Top Management when required.
  • Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR, Admin, Compliance, Secretariat.
  • Proper knowledge of corporate office administrational work.
  • Lead the Head Office & factory HR & Admin team in delivering standard HR & Admin services within the frame work of corporate policy & procedure.
  • Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures as required.
  • Pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin, Compliance.
  • Preparing to face different compliance audits.
  • Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Selection & Recruitment proficiency: ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing as per company policies.
  • Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
  • Organization Development proficiency: Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.
  • Managing change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
  • Study of labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation.
  • Formulating employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
  • Effectively organizing and leading the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenance.
  • Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company properties.
  • Supervision of Access Control & Time Attendance System.
  • Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.
  • Responsible for surveillance system (including emergency telephone system, closed circuit television and PA system).
  • To ensure over all Head Office & factory security & safety system.
  • To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BGMEA, BTMA),etc.
  • To ensure regular supply of all utilities services.
  • Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.
  • To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.
  • Responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.
  • Monitoring & supervise the various issues like security system, Transport maintenance, Canteen maintenance, maintain personal file, promotion, transfer, increment & performance appraisal.
  • Other duties & responsibilities related to plant administration as & when required
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.


  • Post Graduate/MBA in any discipline. MBA in HRM will be given preference.
  • Skills Required: Administration work, Basic computer knowledge, Business communication, Quick Decision making, Working as personal secretary, Strategic Planning.

  • High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential. Candidates with weak English proficiency need not to apply.
  • To have adequate knowledge of the company's secretariat, administration work.
  • Candidate must have good writing capability on any topic.
