.Department: Telecom /Business Development..We are looking for an experienced & passionate person to help us build our customer portfolio in Bangladesh, by showcasing how our products and services add value and enable simplified mobile communication experiences for our clients and their end customers.This role requires a passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach and provides the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the region in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, travel, financial services, and real estate, to name a few.


  • Strategic:Maintain & develop relationships with potential leads and clients. Always seek to understand their challenges and provide insights on how our services can benefit them.
  • Operational :As Business/Account Managers, work with our Product, Support, and Technical teams to ensure the highest level of service for our customers.Assist our clients, often acting as the single point of contact, with any account related tasks such as report inquiries, invoice follow-ups, sender ID registration, or any technical or general queries. Handling Project Related Commercial Responsibilities.
  • Job Description
  • Should have at least 2-4 years of experience in Direct Selling having a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must have exposure to interaction with senior level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills. Key Result Areas
  • Build up a strong understanding of Bulk / Enterprise Messaging business both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective
  • Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients
  • Work with new and existing clients to drive business and revenue through product enhancement and product marketing in the Enterprise Segment
  • Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities in all the market verticals such as IT-ITeS, E-Commerce, FSI etc.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Should have experience in lead generation and relevant tools
  • Should have good knowledge for all messaging solutions SMS, Voice, Email, Social media etc
  • Should be able to generate Sales and achieve over exceed allocated targets.
  • MIS daily reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly bases.
  • Strong Selling Skills.
  • 12.Proven track record of Sales in Revenue Generated


  • Training/Trade Course: Telecommunication, MS office Package
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Business Communication, Corporate Communication, Telecommunication Products & Services
  • Age 23 to 35 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a related field: VAS,
  • Knowledge of telecommunication
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Ability to create a performance-oriented team environment and achieve business goals promptly
