দায়িত্ব

  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems
  • Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Answering Doctor’s and Patient’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues.
  • Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction and voice response systems and voice networks.
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.

  • Age at least 24 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate call center employees.
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
  • Polite, professional phone voice.
