দায়িত্ব

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

আবশ্যক

  • Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed university (Major in Marketing/ Management/ Commerce background are highly preferable).
  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments Accessories
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • 0 to 3 year(s) experience in Garments Accessories area.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/Client Service.
  • Having experience Customer Service in garments accessories will get priority.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills
  • Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent command over English and Bengali.
  • Computer literacy is must especially in MS Excel and E-communication.
