- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Graduation/ Post Graduation from any reputed university (Major in Marketing/ Management/ Commerce background are highly preferable).
- At most 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments Accessories
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- 0 to 3 year(s) experience in Garments Accessories area.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/Client Service.
- Having experience Customer Service in garments accessories will get priority.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills
- Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command over English and Bengali.
- Computer literacy is must especially in MS Excel and E-communication.
