Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is one of the leading development organizations in Bangladesh. Health is one of the core sectors of DAM. This sector is running drug treatment and rehabilitation centers and implementing Primary Health Care Program along with its other program like Tobacco Control, communicable and non-communicable diseases prevention, TB control, mental health care and providing health services to Rohigya people living in Bangladesh. Health sector of DAM is going to execute a new project titled "Health Nutrition Voucher Scheme for Poor, Extreme Poor & Socially Excluded People". Urban health care support -Voucher Scheme-a new approach health care promotion. DAM Health Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individuals for the mentioned position.

  • Master of Accounting.

দায়িত্ব

  • Checking bill/voucher and preparation of all type of voucher i.e Debit voucher, Credit voucher, Journal voucher, adjustment voucher and make entry into cash book ledger etc on daily basis.
  • Collect source documents from respective staff in preparing vouchers as well as other financial reports.
  • Prepare error free all financial report and send the report to region office to meet the dead line with approval following the delegation of authority.
  • Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation Report (BRR) based on monthly original Bank Statement.
  • Maintain daily cheque issue register properly.
  • Keep the cheque book in a safe custody.
  • Maintain and handle the Project advance to staff following the organizational policy.
  • Adjust the advance with in the cutoff date.
  • Ensure all monthly payment at level timely like staff monthly salary, office rent, utility bill, mobile allowance following the organizational policy.
  • Maintain petty cash and make its adjustment following the organizational policy.
  • Keep all financial books and records update for the annual audit of organization's accounts.
  • To know the EU Guideline, compliance issues, Govt. VAT & Tax rules and implement it properly.
  • All other task from supervisor will perform as and when required.
  • Maintain the Staff daily attendance register and movement register.
  • Provide all logistic and administrative support and vehicle support for conducting training/meeting/workshop/video show at Municipality level.
  • Provide vehicle support as and when required.
  • Prepare all administrative documents & maintain file systematically.
  • Maintain all type of assets and inventory management.
  • Maintain all type of office file and Register.
  • Checking Lease agreement files & makes sure the time payment of Lang lord.
  • Help the management for office correspondence regarding Bangla & English typing.
  • All other administrative job as and when required.
  • Maintain all motorcycles, including renewal date of the documents of the vehicles.
  • Arrange to renew of the vehicle documents on time.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the motorcycle to keep those in useable condition all the time.
  • Ensure that the riders are using log books all the time.
  • Assign cleaners for cleaning of the office premises, official desks, rooms and bath rooms.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of the premises, official desks, rooms and bath rooms all the days.
  • Supervise Office helper and Guard.
  • Maintain staffs leave Register and staffs personal file.
  • Plan and implement staff performance appraisal as staff development mechanism.
  • Ensure that the staffs are well aware of the gender policy, human rights, and governance issues and following those in dealing with the colleagues and project partners including the project participants.
  • Ensure that an enabling environment is prevailing at the work place and staffs are working well enjoying equal opportunities irrespective of male and female.

আবশ্যক

  • Master of Accounting.
  • At least 5 year(s) relevant experience.
  • At least 05 years working experiences in NGO health management and advocacy.
