  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

দায়িত্ব

  • To develop and implement commercial & business strategies according to Company’s objective and goal.
  • To assess the commercial & business requirements of the Company and make all necessary arrangements for meeting it by consulting with the Management.
  • To look after the commercial & banking activities by complying with the requirements of the Company.
  • To create, build and manage corporate banking relationships with different banks & financial institutions and ensure appropriate arrangement & investment of bank fund for the Company.
  • To create, build and maintain profitable partnerships with different Stakeholders
  • To collaborate and ensure proper coordination with various Teams / Departments of the Company like Commercial, Banking, Sales, Developments etc.
  • To monitor and assess the performance of commercial & banking activities by using key metrics and prepare reports for senior Management
  • To assist the management in setting financial targets, developing budget and implementing the same in efficient manner.
  • Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

আবশ্যক

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
  • IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
  • At least 20 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Banks & Financial, Deputy Managing Director
  • Age 45 to 55 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Should be computer literate including the knowledge of Office Management.
  • Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
  • Should have adequate knowledge on implementation of SOP.
  • Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality
