A leading Textile & RMG Manufacturer & Exporter of the country, Purbani Group requires Group Head of HR, Admin & Compliance for its Corporate Office at Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.

  • Lead HR, Admin & Compliance activities for Purbani where Factory Head of HR, Admin & Compliance will report to this position.
  • Facilitate building a winning culture driven by the values of Purbani Group.
  • Decide and operate within the boundaries of the board approved Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Plan & Policies of the companies.
  • Inspire, motivate & help all department heads to reach the formulated strategic goal by providing the required human resources.
  • Create empowered team members that innovate and excels in achieving goals.
  • Continuous improvement of team members through training & motivation.
  • Provide required information and engage in the strategic planning and annual business planning process and its execution.
  • Analyze, Manage, Maintain & Develop HR process according to the SBU plans.
  • Aligning organization strategy & goals into Group HR Strategy and Projects Roadmaps through setting up proper performance evaluation system.
  • Ensure the implementation of approved HR plan & Improve HR processes.
  • Develop Purbani HR Strategy, Budget, Tools & Forms to run the entities under good corporate governance.
  • Ensure that key HR & Admin operations (E.G. Recruitment, Succession Planning, HR Development, Leave Management, Staff Contracts, BIDA work permit issues, Payroll, Benefits, Relocation Management, Terminations etc.) are effectively running to ensure efficiency and accuracy in HR management implementation and execution.
  • Analyzing role profile and designing JOB Description (JD) for all types of employees (Staffs & Workers).
  • Monitoring proper application of Compliance Management (Company Policies, Labor Act, Customer Standards, Health & Safety per in house check list etc.).
  • Build & Maintain a healthy working environment where everyone works with Satisfaction, Mental Peace, Energy, Effectiveness and Efficiency.
  • Uncompromising adherence to the safety & security standard of the group.
  • Ensure obedience & respect towards organizational system by all staff.
  • Grow ownership, Fulfill the duty towards society.
  • Ensure effective external relationships including close direct access with relevant local authorities like Labour Department, Ministry of Labour, BIDA, Employer Associations etc. and having real-time connection to the ground realities of the business, take proactive initiatives and be prepared for contingencies.
  • Actively liaise with and maintain a cordial relationship with and Heads of HR of other companies.
  • Provide advice on conflict management and maintain excellent industrial relations between the Workers, Floor Staffs & the Top Management.
  • Coordinate administrative & compliance issues of different factory premises.


  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
  • PGDHRM & MBA major in HRM will be treated an advantage.
  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • HR management expertise in the Textile & Apparel Business.

  • Strong Interpersonal, Counselling, Coaching & Training Skills.
