The position is responsible for handling all legal affairs of the company including preparing legal documents, provide vets, draft, research, analyses all sorts of agreements/legal documents. The position also furnishes legal opinion relating to legal matters and/or make necessary representations before the concerned authorities.


  • Master of Law (LLM)


  • Drafting and vetting of routine contracts relating to land, property, license, non-disclosure agreements etc., vetting tender documents, handling civil and criminal suits before various courts and co-ordination with the legal advisor.
  • Ensuring the organization has adhered the laws and regulations of the country.
  • Authentication of all Sale Deeds and allotment Agreement and Deed of Agreement for all department;
  • Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance as requested.
  • Prepare all legal requirements and help in decision making regarding any legal issues.
  • Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
  • Coordination and Briefing/discussion with the lawyers for legal cases
  • Interactions with the clients and follow-up.
  • Dealing with all sorts of company matters and concerning the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC).
  • Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.


  • Master of Law (LLM)
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • 10 to 12 year experience by supreme court
  • Well conversant with computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal, managerial, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.
  • Must be Smart and well Groomed with pleasant personality.
