দায়িত্ব

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level
  • O level/ A level/ HSC/ BBA background necessary.
  • Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills Required: BPO, Call Center, Financial/ Banking service, IT Support Service, Sales Marketing, Telecommunication Service, telesales
  • Age 18 to 28 years

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
  • Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8PM - 5AM)
  • Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six month employment contract.
  • Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in a positive or negative situations.
  • Excellent Communication skill over the phone with customers in appropriate English.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
