দায়িত্ব

• Control & Communicate with broker.
• To deal with the law and order maintaining agency.
• Keep coordination with Legal Consultant for better understanding.
• To review existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of Local laws.
• Maintain custody of legal documents of the Company.
• Scrutinize the legal documents and ensure everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats.
• To advise the Company on potential and actual legal/litigation risks through pro-active risk analysis.
• Patrol premises for staff security, ensure safety of company vehicles, monitor surveillance equipment, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points, entry security.
• Record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and make reports, interview witnesses, obtain signatures.
• To monitor the over-all security measures of the organization
• To handle any unexpected situation regarding security.
• Ensure no security post without guarding.
• Ensure using of identity card of every individual.
• Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident.
• Others responsibilities will assign by the Management.
• visitor/journalist/police/Govt.officials/vendor/helpless people/ sales person may approach in office;
• Involve in any unexpected incident: such as: burglary attempt, fire incident, hospitalization of any employee for sickness, accident etc., GD/case file to Police or any other certain/uncertain jobs, not mentioned on above, if take place in or outside office;

• 10 to 12 year experience by supreme court, Company Law, Criminal Law, Land, Land Survey, Tax Law
• Age 33 to 50 years

• Strong Leadership Skill.
