The position holder will be a Business Partner/Coordinator for the Regional Field Office; in any kind of HR related issues, provide effective support to the field staffs and hiring managers with high level of efficiency.

  • The position holder will provide leadership, ensure coordination, advice and ensure the Staffing Solutions, P&C Services, Staff care, Capacity Building, Organizational Development and Human Resources across the Region Office with the aim of optimizing the performance, enhancing the organizational culture and ensuring that all relevant areas are as per World Vision Bangladesh (WVB) strategy.
  • Ensure appropriate Human Resources related Services - such as, Staff Care, Capacity Building Initiatives, Change management communication and Organizational Development across the region with the aim of optimizing the performance and enhancing the organizational culture.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies, procedures and practices in the field level.
  • Ensure overall Employee well-being in field offices.
  • Effective Employee management, Organize, Monitor Training & Development Programs for staff where directed.
  • Performance Management Coordination.
  • Integration with other departments in Regional Field Teams and managers.
  • Facilitate staff internal movements and ensure staff separation services.
  • Effective Handling of grievances and Disciplinary issues.
  • Timely recruitment of competent staff.
  • Support to the Young Talent Development Programme (Internship) and Pre-Positioning for future needs.


  • [Essential] BBA /MBA in Human Recourse Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Recourse Management or Related field.
  • Skills Required: File Maintaining, Management and Leadership, Proactive, Problem solving capacity, Time Management, Very good communication skill
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • NGO
  • Understands the vision, mission of World Vision.
  • Understand the Humanitarian industry.
  • Problem solving, negotiation, communication and collaborative skills.
  • Strong ability of analysis, decision making and relational skills.
  • Influence to other, personally credible, critical thinker, driven to deliver, courage to challenge and curious minded.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, have good time and self-management skills, trustworthy & impartial.
  • Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity in change management process.
  • At least 5 years work experience in staff development or related fields, in a local/ international organization preferably in NGO context.
  • Proven experience in facilitation and conflict negotiation.
  • Proven experience as a team player.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 16 weeks per annum.
