  • MBA in HRM / Masters in IR will be preferred.

দায়িত্ব

  • Act as a window person for factory IR related issues.
  • Negotiating deals between associates and management.
  • Managing dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.
  • Advising management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relations.
  • Heading monthly labor management meetings.
  • Consulting with HR staff regarding personnel/HR policies.
  • Preparing documentation regarding labor relations assignments.
  • Establish harmonious relationship between employee & employer to ensure employee's engagement and motivation.
  • Handle industrial disputes in proactive manner to prevent industrial disputes.
  • Maintain lawful disciplinary action procedures & ensure uniform record management of disciplinary Action & Grievance issues both Corporate IR & factory.
  • Follow-up employees counseling and suggestion box and monitor factory welfare official's activities.
  • Attend factory meetings and update management about discussed issues for necessary action and follow-up formation of PC committee, canteen & safety committee.
  • Conduct awareness program (Legal Rights, wages & benefits, workplace safety etc.) to mitigate undesirable situation in workplace and accumulation ethical relationship among management, non-management & worker.
  • Liaison with regulatory bodies & stakeholders like; BEZA, Ministry of Industry, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Org.

  • Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Maintaining Good relationship with Govt. Authorities & Workers' Associations.
  • Maintain open communication with Associates regarding policy related matters.
  • Demonstrate a sense of respect for individual by following Honda Philosophy.
  • Be a preacher of Honda Philosophy among the Associates.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Accurate computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of Labor law and Rules.
  • Time management skills – self motivator and work to strict deadlines.
  • Behave with tact, sensitivity and responsibility in dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Good knowledge over IR Management 9. Negotiation skill 10. Ability of critical reasoning.
