Manage all Pre & Post construction for new store opening/ closing processes, including: capital improvements, construction of new spaces and remodeling of existing spaces, ensuring timely and cost-effective construction solutions on all new and existing retail stores.

দায়িত্ব

  • Assist in Designing & Drawing of all Own & Franchisee Outlet.
  • Develop the processes, policies and work sequence to expedite the projects and to deliver the materials in the most cost effective & efficient manner.
  • Make a Proper Architectural and Interior Layout as per requirement.
  • Develop and qualify a network of cost-effective consultants, seeking best practices and quality for the least possible investment.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate all vendor proposals to insure best pricing possible and identify cost saving measures for all trades.
  • Develop new store opening, closing, remodeling and relocation policies and procedures to ensure that all openings/closings are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Regular site visits to follow up progress, in terms of time and budget.
  • To provide support to all store for day to day problems and issues.

  • Age 25 to 34 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • At least 4 years of experience in Retail construction management or supervisory role for managing a construction team.
  • High level of Strong Leadership Skills to develop a very Strong and Aggressive support team.
  • Patience for frequent traveling.
  • Technical knowledge of building components and their function.
  • Knowledge of retail store set-up.
  • Ability to manage project schedules under stipulated deadlines.
  • Knowledge in Graphics Design.
